Re: Bristol VR repaint

I'm trying to decide which Cheltenham route would be nicest to do on that - the more scenic ones from there were never traditionally CD routes were they?

It looks like they have done what they can to stay as close to hourly as possible, whilst keeping a consistent headway from Worcester to Bromsgrove (except at school time) and allowing for what must be very different running times around Birmingham during the peak compared to off peak. You're not go...

Re: Changes to Worcester city 36/36A & 37 from 05/01/20.

Going round Catshill must have made the service less attractive than before. It probably needs the through buses omitting Catshill and Rubery, with a short working still serving them, but that will be tricky with a Worcester crewing base!

Re: DDs on 144

No trains Worcester to Birmingham via either route every Saturday from today to the end of the year. Also no rail r...

Re: First Group to be split and sold off.

My guess, also with no information to point me in the right direction, is to build on Adam's theory about the depot being sold by First and combine that with the cost of pensions, which I would think is probably a big off putting factor to any purchase of the business as a going concern. Better (for...

Re: Midland Red West memorabilia 1995/1997

Certainly a diverse working! I remember catching a 192 or 292 from Kidderminster to Ludlow which then formed the 773 (?) to Newtown which I took. My initial memory was of catching the same vehicle from Worcester on the 303 first, but I'm guessing time is playing tricks on me as I guess a Worcester b...
