Re: 363 / 373

The fact that it has taken them this long to notice the bus doesn't run round there any more should give you a good idea of how many people used it when it did.

Another Diamond Crash

Yesterday in Redditch Bus Station. I don't have any details but the photos that are circulating on social media look quite bad.

This is excellent work.
When one of my old Fords needs welding up I know where to come (to be told where to go!)
When? Surely Fords come out of the factory needing welding!

Re: Kington opportunity ?

Speak of the Devil... Just bumped into David in Ledbury and we had a brief chat. No, I didn’t ask how old he is! He asked how well our contracts are doing and I know he was upset about loosing the 672 etc so my reply only mentioned the ex-Aston’s work. Do you know he has a 1-Bus outstation in Ledbur...

Re: Kington opportunity ?

With the current work we do, an outstation in Ledbury would make much more sense than Bromyard. And I can’t see David willingly stepping down any time soon. He’s not the type to retire!

Re: Kington opportunity ?

That was a long way away when Hereford depot was open. I doubt it's got any closer since then!

When I worked at Hereford depot I remember their early morning buses into the City were always packed. Some times so much so that I often wondered if they were overloaded.

Re: The 35

That route was much nicer (and quicker) when we had minibuses.
