Re: Catshill operators. 30/5/20.

My first morning visit to Bromsgrove town center for a couple of weeks. I noted Clearways Dart on the Charford run although the service was not on the large timetable screen . Flip the coin and some of MRD's services were displayed but I did not see them . . . . :(

Re: The time table display screen - Bromsgrove.

The "big screen" is mostly obscured by temporary fencing screening construction work which includes installing a new footbridge over The Spadesbourne. :ugeek:

Re: Yet More Buses for Catshill

In later days , Ludlow's bus fleet was mostly Darts with a sprinkling of DAF and Scania also.
All similar vehicle types are or have been operated by Diamond , although the Scania's are mostly "up north" , so what is the problem with Rose Hill all of a sudden ??

Re: Yet More Buses for Catshill

I observed my first 44 working this afternoon , being worked by one of Diamonds Metrocity buses. Small time table notices have been attached to the appropriate bus shelter and workings are displayed on the electric bus timetable display screen. The only thing missing was passengers . . . . . . ;)

FIVE in use today apparently, - 33402, 03, 35157, 58, 59.

The three StreetDecks on the 144, the others on the 30.
Noted two StreetDecks in the bus station in Bromsgrove at the same time yesterday -around 13.15. Rare to see two at the same time even on a "normal" day !!

Re: Yet More Buses for Catshill

Going back as chason mentioned , the "Forest Junction" was a unusual lay out , I can only describe it as a squashed letter X . . . . And also ,if my memory serves me right, the A38 in those days was marked out as a three lane carriageway with the "middle lane" being used by vehicles travelling in ei...
