Sorry DD. Yes Cummins have been out and diagnosed a failed fuel pump accumulator on 33404. A used pump has been found and is going to be fitted this weekend.
Thank you Mechwr26 !

Re: FMR Mercedes Citaro acquisitions

Is there the potential for a driver taking one of the older ones onto the 35 by mistake, and leaving one of the newer ones for the wrong services ? EG:- OIGs 6942,43,44,45 instead of 64042,43,44,45 ?? They've been giving me a bit of "numerical dyslexia" -- -- I had to do a double-take today when OIG...

Re: FMR Mercedes Citaro acquisitions

One of them was driving through the bus station this afternoon with "Bus Reversing" scrolling across the rear route number aperture -- -- I bet that will cause some anxiety among motorists who get close behind, and then notice it !

(I think it was 64042 -?)

Re: Replacement Coaches for Worcester

20611 is indeed in WR garage, still in "Rail Air " livery, but as it's at the "bodyshop" end, a rub-down may be imminent.

It was off the road on my last day. I know this because I wanted it for my last journey! At the time I was was told it was the fuel pump that had failed again. I think this is the fourth time it's gone.
Thanks Adam

Trident 33404 appears to be off-road again, and I'm wondering if you can tell us anything about it (when you know) please ?

Re: Replacement Coaches for Worcester

When I got to thinking about "work" for the second (extra) coach, it's thrown-up a couple of questions :- I thought that prior to the October 2017 Bus Graph, Pershore area school contracts used 3 vehicles -- -- 2 "yellow turkeys", and a full size single-decker ( - previously 20201) -- (?) However, w...

Re: Worcester's DD usage.

School services resumed today, and 33043 is still in service in it's usual haunts, including the 32S.

Minor changes Jan 2019

One or two minor timetable changes ahead, are affecting the S45 (possibly ! ), and the 31. In a recent "Notices+Proceedings", changes to the S45 timetable are "notified", but it gives the date as September 2015 !! - so it could just amount to a correction / tidy-up of the paperwork only (?); And on ...

Well... I suppose it depends what is actually on the running card... for example if it’s just a couple of journeys at peak times then it’s not too bad .....
Good thinking Willr7 !!
