Yes Tim, I fully agree with you about the retro look - done well, it looks good but done badly.... I do prefer the older style of livery but the vehicle has to be able to carry it. That is where mouldings and brightwork come into their own. Slab sided vehicles with few features need more modern live...

Stagecoach do appear to be pushing out their traditional boundaries recently. They have just taken the Bridlington "park & Ride" from EYMS and similar work in Preston from Rotala and, from Transdev, the Preston - Skipton 280.

Is "living in interesting times" a blessing or a curse?
